Project Materia is an ongoing exploration of materiality — its history, process and artistic potential. Each edition invites a group of internationally renowned artists to engage with a chosen material as both medium and subject. The inaugural edition in 2025 considered the weight of history through bronze, marble and glass. The 2026 edition, Materia × Mater, asks what happens when a circular material is placed at the same table.
