Delivery

Smaller objects ship via insured courier worldwide. Furniture, lighting and oversized works are crated and handled by specialist art logistics partners.

For pieces above €5,000 we offer white-glove delivery with placement and unpacking, quoted per market. Speak with a specialist for a personal quote.

Returns

Collectible-design terms.

All current works are made to order. Made-to-order, limited-edition and commissioned pieces are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defect or transit damage — please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographs.

Damaged or defective pieces are replaced or refunded in full, including return shipping.

Taxes & duties

By market.

All prices on the site are quoted ex VAT and ex shipping. EU buyers will be charged VAT where applicable at point of sale or invoice. EU-registered businesses can be invoiced ex-VAT with a valid VAT ID through the trade flow.

UK, US and rest of world: import VAT, duties and customs handling are calculated at destination. For high-value or uncertain markets we recommend the custom quote route so we can confirm landed cost in advance.
